Overview

A Listing Feed lets you share your active property data with other agents at Luxury Presence or third-party vendors. This guide walks you through creating a feed, applying filters, enabling syndication, and generating a shareable link.

How to create a Listing Feed

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listing Feeds in the left-hand menu.
3. Click Create Feed and enter a name that will help you identify it later.
4. Fill in the required details — tagline and description.

How to apply property filters (optional)

Filters let you control which properties are included in the feed. If no filters are applied, the feed will include all eligible properties.

Available filters:

• Property Type — select specific property types to include
• Minimum Price — set a price threshold
• Location — add states or cities using tags. Cities must be entered exactly as they appear in the system
• Privacy Settings — set the feed to private if you want only your team to access it

How to enable syndication

To make the feed available to external vendors:

1. Toggle on Syndication in the feed settings.
2. Click Create Feed to finalize.

How to add properties to the feed

1. Click Add Properties.
2. To include all eligible properties automatically, select Sync All Eligible Properties.
3. Click Save and refresh the page.

How to share the feed link

1. Click Share Feed to generate the feed link.
2. Wait up to 24 hours for the link to generate — check back the next day to copy and share it with your vendor.

Property requirements for feed inclusion

For a property to appear in the feed, it must meet both of the following:

Status — one of the following:

• For Sale
• Under Contract
• Active Under Contract
• Pending
• Coming Soon

Agent assignment — the property must have an assigned agent.

If a property is missing from the feed, check its status and agent assignment in Content → Properties.

FAQs

How long does it take for the feed link to be available?

Up to 24 hours after the first syndication runs. If the link isn't available after 24 hours, contact our support team:

What's the difference between applying filters and syncing all eligible properties?

Filters define the criteria for which properties are eligible for the feed. Sync All Eligible Properties automatically adds all properties that meet those criteria — including new ones added in the future — without requiring manual selection each time.

Can I make a feed private?

Yes. Toggle the Privacy Settings to private to restrict access to your team only.
