Where can I find training and resources?

How to access live training sessions, join a session in progress, and find on-demand Luxury Presence training resources.

Luxury Presence offers live and on-demand training covering everything from platform basics to SEO strategy. The Education tab within the Presence® Platform is your self-serve home base for feature walkthroughs, and the Luxury Presence Training Center offers additional live and on-demand resources.

How to find training within the Presence® Platform

To access live webinars, on-demand videos, and the Knowledge Base without leaving the Presence® Platform:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Education in the left-hand menu.

Live webinars

The Education page's Live Webinars section lets you sign up directly for:

  • Presence® Power Hour — a weekly live session covering tools and features that help you get more out of your website
  • Digital Visibility: AI & SEO Essentials — SEO and digital marketing essentials, and how to use your website to build authority in your market
  • Get the Most Out of Your AI CRM — how to use AI CRM to stay organized, nurture leads, convert more clients, and strengthen your digital presence
  • Mobile App — real-time support and best practices for the Luxury Presence Mobile App, with the team

On-demand videos

The Education page's Get More From Presence section includes on-demand feature walkthroughs, including Listing Ads, Social Media Management, Built-In Home Search, and getting started with AI CRM.

At the bottom of the Education page, click Access our Knowledge Base to open the Luxury Presence Help Center directly.

How to join a training session that is happening right now

The join link for any live session is included in your registration confirmation email. If you cannot find that email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Luxury Presence or a webinar platform (Zoom, GoToWebinar, etc.).
  2. Visit the Presence® Power Hour registration page — if the current week's session is live, there may be a direct join link or a way to re-register and receive the link again.
  3. Start a live chat with our support team from within the Presence® Platform (click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner) — our team can look up the link for you immediately.

Note: Luxury Presence's AI assistant isn't able to look up real-time session links. If you need a link to a session currently in progress, use live chat for the fastest response.

Is there a way to access training without leaving the Presence® Platform?

Yes. Click Education in the left-hand menu of the Presence® Platform to sign up for live webinars, watch on-demand videos, and access the Knowledge Base directly.

I registered for a live training but can't find the join link. How do I get it?

The join link is included in your registration confirmation email. If you cannot locate that email, check your spam folder, visit the Presence® Power Hour page to re-register, or start a live chat from within the Presence® Platform — our team can look up the link for you immediately.

Can Luxury Presence's AI assistant give me the link to a training session that is happening right now?

Luxury Presence's AI assistant is not able to retrieve real-time session links because those links are generated by external webinar platforms and are not stored in the help center. For a session that is currently in progress, start a live chat with our support team from within the Presence® Platform — our team can look up and share the join link immediately.

Are training sessions recorded?

Yes — recordings of past Presence® Power Hour sessions and other trainings are available on demand at the Luxury Presence Training Center. If you missed a live session, you can watch the recording at any time.

Where can I find AI CRM training?

AI CRM training videos are available at the Luxury Presence Training Center and from the Education page within the Presence® Platform. Search or filter by "CRM" in the Training Center to find the most current sessions. For a live walkthrough with a specialist, contact your Client Success Manager or start a live chat from within the Presence® Platform.
