How to join a training session that is happening right now

The join link for any live session is included in your registration confirmation email. If you cannot find that email:

1. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Luxury Presence or a webinar platform (Zoom, GoToWebinar, etc.).
2. Visit the Presence® Power Hour registration page — if the current week's session is live, there may be a direct join link or a way to re-register and receive the link again.
3. Start a live chat with our support team from within the Presence® Platform (click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner) — our team can look up the link for you immediately.

Note: Our AI support agent isn't able to look up real-time session links. If you need a link to a session currently in progress, use live chat for the fastest response.

Fin is not able to retrieve real-time session links because those links are generated by external webinar platforms and are not stored in the help center. Are training sessions recorded?

Yes — recordings of past Presence® Power Hour sessions and other trainings are available on demand at the Luxury Presence Training Center. If you missed a live session, you can watch the recording at any time.
