How to add a third-party translation widget to make your website accessible in multiple languages.

Overview

The Presence® Platform does not include a native translation feature. To offer your website in multiple languages, you can integrate a third-party translation widget — we'll install the widget code on your behalf.

How to set it up

  1. Choose a translation widget. We recommend ConveyThis — it's designed specifically for website translation and supports a wide range of languages.
  2. Sign up for an account and select a plan.
  3. After signing up, you'll receive a widget code. Send the code to our support team and we'll install it on your website:

Does Presence® support native multilingual content?

Not currently. Multi-language support requires a third-party widget. The widget translates your existing content automatically for visitors based on their language preference.

Can I use a different translation widget besides ConveyThis?

Yes. Any translation widget that provides an installable code snippet should work. ConveyThis is our recommended option, but you're welcome to use another provider.
