How to fix the "Delete microsite" error when archiving a property in Presence®

Overview

If you see the error "Delete microsite(s) for these properties before archiving," it means a property website is linked to the listing. The website must be deleted before the property can be archived.

How to fix the error

Step 1: Delete the property website

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu.
3. Find the property website associated with the listing you want to archive.
4. Hover over it and click the three-dots icon.
5. Select Delete Website from the dropdown.
6. In the confirmation prompt, type the exact website name shown in parentheses — copy and paste it to avoid errors.
7. Click Delete Website to confirm.

Step 2: Archive the property

Return to Content → Properties, find the listing, and archive it. The error should no longer appear.
