What is Client Price Point and how does it affect Lead Score in AI CRM?

How to set your company's minimum transaction price preference and understand how it influences lead scoring.

Overview

Client Price Point is the minimum transaction price your company prefers to work with. It helps AI CRM prioritize incoming leads by evaluating whether a lead's property interest aligns with your pricing preferences. This setting is account-level — it applies to your entire account, not individual agents.

Important: Client Price Point does not block or filter out leads. All leads are still delivered. This setting influences how leads are ranked and scored — it doesn't prevent any lead from reaching you.

Note: Client Price Point is available on all plans. If you don't see this setting in your account, contact our support team.

How Client Price Point affects Lead Score

Client Price Point directly influences the Ideal Client Fit component of Lead Score. Leads are evaluated against your minimum price point as follows:

Lead's property interest	Result
Above your minimum price point	Stronger lead fit — higher score
Near your minimum price point	Medium lead fit
Well below your minimum price point	Lower lead fit — lower score

Example with a $500,000 minimum:

Lead's property interest	Fit level
$700,000	Strong fit
$499,000	Medium fit
$250,000	Lower fit

How to set or update Client Price Point

During onboarding, your Onboarding Coordinator will set this value with you. To update your Client Price Point at any time:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Client Price Point in the left navigation.
5. Enter your preferred minimum transaction price.
6. Click Save Client Price Point.

Your updated value applies immediately and retroactively rescores all existing contacts against the new minimum.

How Client Price Point and Service Area work together

Client Price Point and Service Area are separate settings that both influence Lead Score's Ideal Client Fit component:

• Client Price Point — sets your company-wide minimum transaction price preference
• Service Area — defines the geographic regions where you do business, including Target Service Area vs. Full Service Area

Leads who are searching in your preferred areas AND at or above your minimum price point receive the highest Ideal Client Fit scores. For more information about Service Area settings, see How to manage your Service Area.

FAQs

Does Client Price Point block low-price leads from reaching me?

No. Client Price Point influences how leads are scored and prioritized — it does not filter or block any leads. All leads are delivered regardless of their price point.

What happens to existing contacts when I update Client Price Point?

The system automatically rescores all existing contacts against the new minimum immediately after you save. Contacts previously above your minimum may receive lower scores if the new minimum is higher, and vice versa. No additional action is required.

Can individual agents set their own price points?

No. Client Price Point is set at the account level and applies to your entire account. All agents share the same setting. If you need different price point strategies for different teams or agents, contact our support team to discuss options.

What if I don't want to set a minimum price?

Leave Client Price Point set to $0. When set to $0, Lead Score will not evaluate leads based on price — it will focus on the other six scoring components (Activity, Responsiveness, Timeline, Financing, Likelihood to Move, and Profile Strength).

Can I set or update Client Price Point from the Luxury Presence Mobile App?

No, setting or updating Client Price Point is only available on desktop through the Presence® Platform. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
