Client Price Point is the minimum transaction price your company prefers to work with, and it helps Presence® understand your ideal client profile and prioritize incoming leads accordingly. This setting is account-level (applies to your entire Presence account, not individual agents) and directly influences Lead Score calculations. Client Price Point is available on all plans and is currently in select beta access.

Client Price Point represents the minimum transaction value your company prefers for buyers or sellers.

• You can leave this set to $0 if you don't want to apply a minimum
• If set, leads below this amount will receive a lower Lead Score
• Leads above this amount will be prioritized as stronger matches

This setting is especially useful for companies that focus on specific price tiers within their market.

How Is Client Price Point Set?

During onboarding, your Onboarding Coordinator will set your Client Price Point with you.

Once set, this value can be updated at any time in Settings.

How Do I Update Client Price Point After Onboarding?

1. Navigate to the Presence™ Platform
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
3. Select Settings from the menu
4. Click Client Price Point in the left navigation
5. Enter your preferred minimum transaction price
6. Click Save

Your updated value will apply immediately.

How Does Client Price Point Affect Lead Score?

Client Price Point helps power Lead Scoring, which determines whether a lead is categorized as a strong fit, acceptable fit, or lower priority.

Important: Client Price Point does not block or filter out leads. Instead, it influences lead priority. All leads are still delivered—this setting simply helps rank them more intelligently.

Here's how scoring generally works:

• Above your minimum price point → Stronger lead fit
• Near your minimum price point → Medium lead fit
• Well below your minimum price point → Lower lead fit

For example, if your minimum is set to $500,000:

• Lead at $700,000 → Strong fit
• Lead at $499,000 → Medium fit
• Lead at $250,000 → Lower fit

Does Changing Client Price Point Rescore Existing Contacts?

Yes. When you update the Client Price Point, the system retroactively rescores all existing contacts based on the new minimum.

This means:

• Contacts who were previously below your minimum may now receive lower Lead Scores
• Contacts who were at or above your old minimum will be re-evaluated against the new threshold
• The rescoring happens automatically—you don't need to take any additional action

Lead Scores update immediately after you save the new Client Price Point.

Is Client Price Point The Same As Service Area Price Minimum?

Client Price Point is related to but separate from Service Area settings. Both influence how leads are scored:

• Client Price Point sets your company-wide minimum transaction preference
• Service Area defines the geographic regions where you do business and includes Target Service Area vs. Full Service Area

Together, these settings help Lead Score determine "client fit"—how well a lead matches your ideal client profile based on both price and location.

Lead Score analyzes seven key components to understand lead quality and readiness, and Ideal Client Fit is one of those components.

Client Price Point directly affects the "Ideal Client Fit" component by evaluating:

• Whether the contact is searching for properties within your Service Area
• Whether the contact is looking at properties that meet your minimum price point

Contacts who are looking in your preferred areas AND at or above your price point receive higher "Ideal Client Fit" scores, which contribute to their overall Lead Score.

Can Individual Agents Set Their Own Price Points?

No. Client Price Point is set at the account level, meaning it applies to your entire Presence account rather than to individual agents.

All agents in your organization share the same Client Price Point setting. If you need different price point strategies for different teams or agents, contact Luxury Presence Support to discuss options.

What If I Don't Want To Set A Minimum Price?

You can leave Client Price Point set to $0 if you don't want to apply a minimum.

When set to $0, Lead Score will not penalize leads based on price—instead, it will focus on the other six components (Activity, Responsiveness, Timeline, Financing, Likelihood to Move, and Profile Strength) to calculate scores.
