Forced Lead Capture	Prompted to sign in through the Forced Registration Modal — commonly triggered by repeated property views
Newsletter Sign-Up	Opted into your email newsletter — typically seeking market updates or insights
Google Sign-On	Captured through a Google sign-in flow — often during account creation or property saves
New Account	Created an account on your Home Search Tool — indicates interest in browsing or saving listings
MLS Search	Saved specific MLS search criteria — shows defined buying intent within set parameters
Network Referral	Referred from another Listing Feed source within the Luxury Presence agent network
Requested Password for Property Page	Requested access to a password-protected listing — typically used for exclusive or off-market properties
Luxury Presence Mobile App	Generated through the Luxury Presence Mobile App sign-up — typically more engaged, having downloaded the mobile experience
Profile Update	Completed a short qualification form after signing up via the Home Search Tool — includes timeline, financing status, whether they're working with an agent, and optionally a home address. Delivered as a Profile_Update activity and provides deeper insight into lead readiness
