How to use the Proof-of-Work Dashboard to track your automated marketing activity in real time.

Overview

The Proof-of-Work Dashboard gives you real-time visibility into all automated marketing activity happening on your behalf — SEO updates, published blog content, lead nurture interactions, and more. It's updated automatically and paired with a regular Digest email so you always know what's being done to grow your business.

Important: The Proof-of-Work Dashboard is available to clients on Brand+ plan and above with AI Specialists enabled. If you're unsure whether you have access, contact our support team.

What appears in the dashboard

The dashboard shows a feed of activity from each AI Specialist:

How it works

  • The dashboard updates automatically and is accessible from the homepage of your Presence® Platform
  • A Weekly Digest Email is paired with the dashboard — Brand+ clients receive it every two weeks
  • All Digest emails are sent from no-reply@luxurypresence.com
  • If any changes require your approval, you'll receive a notification and have 48 hours to approve or decline directly from the dashboard or email

Who can access the dashboard

Only Admin users in your Presence® account can view the Proof-of-Work Dashboard and AI activity feed.

FAQs

Which plans include the Proof-of-Work Dashboard?

The dashboard is available to clients on Brand+ plan and above who have AI Specialists enabled. Contact our support team if you're unsure whether your plan includes access.

How do I approve or decline AI changes?

When a change requires approval, you'll receive a notification in the dashboard and via email. You have 48 hours to approve or decline. After the 48-hour window, changes are applied automatically. If you need to reverse a change after the deadline, contact our support team.

Can I leave feedback on optimizations?

Not yet. Currently you can approve or decline changes but cannot leave comments. A feedback feature is on the roadmap for a future release.

Can I filter the dashboard by AI Specialist?

Not in the current version. Filtering and grouping options are being explored for future releases.

How far back does the activity feed go?

At launch, the feed shows all prior activity. Limits may be added in future versions to keep the interface manageable.

Can I export or share the dashboard data?

No. Data export is not available in the current version.

What replaced monthly reports?

AI Specialists now communicate progress through the in-app dashboard and the Digest email. There are no separate monthly reports.
