The Presence® analytics dashboard has three date filtering limitations worth knowing before you start pulling reports.

Date filtering limitations

Data older than 90 days is monthly only For data beyond the 90-day window, you can only view monthly aggregates — not individual days or weeks. Select a specific month from the date picker to view historical data beyond 90 days.

"Last Year" is a rolling 365-day range, not a calendar year The "Last Year" filter covers the past 365 days from today — not January 1 to December 31 of the previous year. If you want to analyze a specific prior calendar month, use the month selector to choose that month directly.

No daily granularity for detailed metrics Traffic channels, popular pages, and other detailed metrics are not available at the individual day level. These are aggregated at the week or month level only.
