What is the Events page in Settings used for?

Customize how your CRM integration handles lead activity events — filter which events sync and configure Follow Up Boss event tags.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

Most agents don't need to touch this page — your default integration setup already handles standard events correctly. The Events page, found under Settings in the Presence® Platform, lets you customize how lead activity events are sent to your connected CRM or email marketing integration. By default, your integration sends all standard events automatically. The Events page gives you control over which events are sent, and for Follow Up Boss integrations, lets you configure event tags — without changing your core integration setup.

Note: If your integration is working as expected, you don't need to use this page at all — it's only for agents who want to customize event behavior beyond the defaults.

How to access the Events page

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Events from the left-hand Settings menu.

How to customize your event settings

Once on the Events page, you can:

1. Review the event list — You'll see all lead activity events associated with your connected integration. Pre-loaded events may already appear based on your integration setup.
2. Enable or disable events — Toggle events on or off to control which ones are sent to your integration.
3. Configure event tags (Follow Up Boss only) — For Follow Up Boss integrations, click on an event to apply an Event Tag that categorizes leads by that event type.
4. Save your changes — Confirm any edits before navigating away.

Note: The Events page overrides the default behavior of your integration. Changes made here take effect for new activity going forward — they do not retroactively update past events.
