How to add your Google reviews as testimonials on your website.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

The best way to display Google reviews on your website is to add them manually as testimonials in Content → Testimonials. There's no automatic sync for Google reviews, so copying the review text over as a testimonial is the recommended approach.

How to add a Google review as a testimonial

To add a Google review to your website as a testimonial:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Testimonials.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Copy the review text from your Google Business Profile and paste it into the testimonial field.
  5. Add the reviewer's name and any other relevant details.
  6. Click Save.
