How to fix a 500 error

1. Reload the page

Press Command+R (Mac) or F5 (Windows) to reload. If the page loads correctly, the error was temporary and no further action is needed.

2. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Expired or corrupted cache files can cause this error. Clear your cache and cookies, then try reloading:

• Desktop browsers — go to your browser's settings and clear browsing data
• iPhone — go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
• Android — go to your browser's settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data

3. Try a different network

Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) and reload the page. If it loads on a different network, the issue is with your original connection.
