Why the "Schedule a Showing" element isn't displaying on a property in Presence®

Which property statuses show the Schedule a Showing button and which don't.

Overview

The Schedule a Showing element only displays on properties with specific statuses. If you're seeing a "no content" message or the button isn't appearing, the property's status is the most likely cause — not a configuration error.

Supported statuses

The Schedule a Showing button displays for:

  • Active
  • Pending

When the element doesn't appear

The element does not display on properties with Coming Soon status. Even if all element fields are filled in, the button will remain hidden or show a "no content" message for Coming Soon listings. This is expected behavior.

Expected behavior. The Schedule a Showing element is intentionally hidden for Coming Soon listings since the property isn't yet available to show.

What should I do if the element isn't showing on an Active listing?
