How to enable the Lead Score column in your AI CRM contacts list and fix visibility issues.

Overview

If Lead Score is visible on individual contact records but not appearing as a column in your contacts list, the column is simply hidden. You can add it back in a few clicks using the column settings gear icon — no account changes needed.

How to show the Lead Score column

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
  3. In the top-right area of the contacts table, click the gear icon (column settings).
  4. Scroll through the list of available columns and toggle on Lead Score.
  5. The Lead Score column will now appear in your contacts list.

Tip: Once the column is visible, click the Lead Score column header to sort your contacts from highest to lowest score and surface your most engaged leads first. Click the header again to reverse the sort order.

Lead Score is visible on contact records but not in my contacts list — why?

Lead Score does not appear in the contacts list by default. You need to enable it as a visible column using the gear icon in the contacts table. Once enabled, it will appear in your contacts list every time you return to that view.

I don't see a gear icon in my contacts list — what should I do?

Try refreshing your browser or opening the Presence® Platform in a different browser tab. If the gear icon still doesn't appear, contact our support team — your account may need a configuration update to access column settings.

Why don't I see Lead Score anywhere in my account?

If Lead Score isn't appearing on contact records or in any view, it may not be enabled for your account yet. Contact our support team to confirm your account has access to Lead Score — there is no additional cost to enable it.
