Overview

Every social media post explains why it was suggested — the property, the angle, and the timing behind it — so you can see the thinking before deciding whether to approve, edit, or reject it. Posts are also automatically named by type, such as Just Listed, Just Sold, or Tips, so you can tell at a glance what kind of post you're looking at.

Post rationale

Each post includes a short explanation of why it was suggested — this property, this angle, this week. Open the post to read it, so you don't have to guess why a particular listing or topic was chosen before deciding what to do with it.

---

Post naming

Posts are automatically labeled by type, so you can tell at a glance what kind of post you're looking at — a new listing, a recent sale, or general guidance for buyers and sellers, for example.
