How to add a property listing to your Presence® website

Two ways to add a property listing to your Presence® website — do it yourself or have our team handle it for you.

Overview

You can add a property listing to your Presence® website in two ways: submit a request to the Luxury Presence support team, or add the listing yourself directly in the platform. Both options are covered below.

Note: If you have MLS sync enabled, most listings will import automatically from your MLS feed and won't need to be added manually.

Which option is right for you?

• Have our team do it — Best if you'd rather hand it off, you're adding a large number of listings at once, or you just want it done fast
• Add it yourself — Best if you want full control and want to get it live immediately

Option 1: Have our team add the listing for you

The Luxury Presence support team can upload your property listing on your behalf. This service is available to all customers.

Note: If you're requesting a bulk import of multiple properties at once, a fee may apply. Contact support for details before submitting a large batch.

Have the following ready when you reach out:

• Full property address
• Listing price and status (Active, Pending, etc.)
• Property specs (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, property type)
• Property description
• Photos
• Any additional documents (floor plans, brochures, disclosures)

Our team will handle the setup and confirm once your listing is live.

Option 2: Add the listing yourself

Step 1: Navigate to Properties

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Click Add New in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Enter property details

Fill in the property information. The form includes standard fields similar to what you'd see on MLS or other listing sites:

Basic information

• Property name — Internal reference name (e.g., "123 Main St - Downtown Loft")
• Address — Full street address, city, state, ZIP code
• Price — Listing price
• Status — Active, Pending, Sold, Off Market, etc.

Property specifications

• Bedrooms
• Bathrooms
• Square footage (living space)
• Lot size
• Year built
• Garage spaces
• Property type (Single Family, Condo, Townhouse, etc.)

Additional details

• Description — Highlight key features and neighborhood benefits
• Features & amenities — Pool, hardwood floors, updated kitchen, etc.
• Neighborhood — Neighborhood or community name
• Agent information — Assigned listing agent
• Open house details — Date and time for scheduled open houses

Documents & files

• PDFs (floor plans, brochures, disclosures, HOA documents)
• Virtual tour links
• Supplemental documents

Tip: Fill in as much detail as possible. Complete listings perform better in search and provide more value to potential buyers.

Step 3: Upload images

1. While editing your property, click Upload Images on the right side of the screen to open the Media Gallery.
2. To upload new images, click the Upload Files tab, then drag photos into the upload area or click Select Files to Upload to browse your computer. Wait for all images to finish uploading.
3. To use previously uploaded images, click the My Images tab and browse your library.
4. Click each image you want to use — a checkmark will appear on selected images.
5. Click Assign Selected at the bottom of the Media Gallery.
6. Click the X in the top-right corner to close the Media Gallery.

Recommended image specs:

• Dimensions — 1920 x 1200px
• Format — JPEG (85–90% quality recommended)
• File size — Under 500 KB per image

Step 4: Save and publish

Click Save in the top-right corner.

Important: Clicking Save publishes the listing to your website immediately. There is no separate draft or publish step — the listing goes live as soon as you save.

Where your listing appears after saving

Once saved, your property listing will appear in three places on your website:

• Property grid pages — Pages that display all your listings in a grid or list format
• Property search results — When visitors search for properties on your site
• Individual property detail page — A dedicated page showing full listing information

FAQs

Can I edit a property after saving it?

Yes. Go to Content → Properties, click on the property, make your changes, and click Save. Changes go live immediately.

How do I mark a property as Sold or Pending?

Go to Content → Properties, open the property, change the Status field to "Sold" or "Pending," and click Save.

Do manually added properties sync with my MLS?

Manually added properties are separate from MLS sync and must be updated manually. If you want a property to sync automatically, it needs to come through your MLS feed.

What's the difference between a property listing and a property website?

A property listing is what you just created — it lives on your main website as part of your property inventory. A property website is a separate, standalone site with its own URL, built specifically for a single listing. For more information, see [How to create a One-Click Property Website].
