How to redirect an entire old domain, specific pages within Presence®, or pages from an old domain to your new site.

Yes. There are three types of redirects depending on what you need — choose the one that fits your situation.

Which type of redirect do you need?

Type 1: Redirect an entire old domain to your new Presence® site

Example: oldsite.com → newsite.com

Option A — Do it yourself at your registrar:

1. Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, etc.)
2. Find the Forwarding, Redirect, or Domain Forwarding section
3. Enter your new Presence® site URL as the destination
4. Save and wait 24–48 hours for DNS propagation

Note: Some registrars only support root-domain redirects and don't support path-based redirects (e.g., oldsite.com/page → newsite.com/page). For advanced redirects, contact our support team.

Option B — Have Luxury Presence handle it:

1. Grant Luxury Presence delegate access to your domain registrar. See the relevant article for your provider — [GoDaddy], [Squarespace], [Namecheap], or contact support for other registrars
2. Contact our support team with your old domain URL and new Presence® site URL

Type 2: Redirect specific pages within your Presence® site

Example: yoursite.com/old-page → yoursite.com/new-page

Use this when you've renamed or reorganized pages on your existing Presence® site.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over your site and select the pen icon.
3. Click the three-dots icon in the top navigation bar next to Edit.
4. Select Site Settings → Redirects.
5. Click Add New.
6. Enter the Original Path (e.g., /about) and the Redirect URL (e.g., /about-us).
7. Click Create.

Type 3: Redirect specific pages from an old domain to your new site

Example: oldsite.com/about → newsite.com/about-us
