Overview

There's no native drip campaign builder in the Presence® Platform for sending a multi-step, scheduled sequence of emails automatically. You can still set up drip campaigns or automated email sequences by connecting a CRM with its own drip campaign functionality, or by using Zapier to trigger sequences in an email marketing tool. This article covers what's built in natively, and how to set up drip-style sequences using an integration.

What's built in natively

• Smart Actions: Surfaces AI-generated follow-up opportunities for individual contacts based on activity like form submissions and property views, each with a pre-drafted, editable email you can review and send. Smart Actions sends one contact at a time — it doesn't send a scheduled, multi-step sequence. See How do Smart Actions work? for details.
• Manual email from a contact's profile: You can send an individual email to any contact directly from their record in AI CRM using the Email quick action button. See How do I email a contact directly from their profile?.
• Auto Emails: Automatically sends contacts personalized alerts — including Saved Searches, Home Valuation Alerts, and Saved Listings updates — but these aren't a customizable multi-step drip sequence. See How to use Auto Emails.

How to set up drip-style automated email sequences

Option 1: Connect a CRM with drip campaign functionality

If you connect a CRM that includes its own drip campaign functionality — such as Follow Up Boss or KvCore — new leads captured on your website can flow into that CRM and enroll in your existing drip sequences there. Option 2: Use Zapier to trigger an email sequence

You can use Zapier to send new lead data into an email marketing tool — such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or BombBomb — and enroll that contact in an automated sequence there. Note: Zapier and third-party CRM or email marketing tools require their own separate accounts and may have their own costs. Our support team can help you set up the connection on the Luxury Presence side, but can't configure your external CRM or email platform for you.
