Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

No — Luxury Presence's support team can handle website changes directly for you. If you'd rather have our team make edits instead of doing them yourself, just reach out via live chat or email and describe what you need — a team member will take care of it.

What edits can the support team make?

The support team can assist with tasks such as:

• Adding, removing, or reordering property listings on any page
• Updating your agent bio, headshot, or team member profiles
• Reordering sold or active listings on your website
• Adding properties to your Featured Listings or custom property pages
• Making content updates to pages — text, images, and section order
• Adjusting footer information, office address, or contact details
• Structural changes that require developer coordination, such as new pages or navigation restructuring

Note: Some larger or more complex changes — such as full website redesigns or custom development work — may require a separate project scope. Your support teammate will let you know if that applies.

How to request a website edit

To request a website edit from our support team, use either of the following options:

Option 1: Live chat (fastest)

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Describe the change you need — include the page URL, the property address or listing link, and any specific ordering or content details.

Option 2: Email

1. Send your request to support@luxurypresence.com.
2. Include the page you want updated, what you want changed, and any reference links or ordering information.

Once you've submitted your request, a member of our support team will review it and follow up if they need any additional details.

Tip: The more detail you include upfront — such as the exact order of listings, the exact text for a bio update, or a link to the page — the faster our team can complete your request without needing to follow up.

FAQs

Do I have to make website edits myself?

No — many clients prefer to contact our support team and have us make changes on their behalf. You can reach us via live chat in the Presence® Platform or by emailing support@luxurypresence.com.

Can I send a list of changes all at once?

Yes. You can send a list of changes in a single message or email and our team will work through them. For best results, include specific details — such as exact listing addresses, preferred ordering, or the page name where changes should appear.

How long does it take for the support team to make my edits?

Most standard content edits — property reordering, bio updates, listing additions — are handled during business hours, typically within two business days. Complex structural changes may take longer. A team member will let you know if there are additional steps or timelines involved.

Can I make the edits myself if I prefer?

Yes — the Presence® Platform's Website Builder lets you update content, reorder elements, and manage listings directly. See How to edit your website for the full walkthrough, or contact support if you'd like guidance on any of those steps.

Can I request a website edit on the mobile app?

No. Requesting an edit through live chat, and making edits yourself in the Website Builder, both happen through the Presence® Platform on desktop. This isn't accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
