No. Each contact record in Presence® CRM supports one email address only. Email is used as the unique identifier for each contact — it links their lead tracking, listing alerts, and communication history to a single record.

What to do if a contact has multiple email addresses

Option 1 — Use their primary email (recommended) Enter the email address the contact uses most frequently — typically their work email for professional contacts or personal email for clients.

Option 2 — Add the secondary email to notes Enter the primary email in the email field and add any secondary email addresses in the contact's Notes field. Both are accessible, but only the primary email is used for system communications.

How to update a contact's email address

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
3. Open the contact record.
4. Update the Email field.
5. Click Save.

Note: Updating the email address changes the contact's identifier in the system. All future communications — including listing alerts — will go to the new address.

What if I accidentally create two records for the same person with different emails?
