Overview

Presence® includes a cross-client spam detection system that automatically flags leads as spam when the same email address submits activity across multiple client websites in a short time frame.

How it works

If an email address submits activity across three or more Luxury Presence client websites within a 24-hour period, the third and all subsequent submissions are automatically marked as spam. This protects your lead database from spam-like behavior without any manual review required.

If you're testing your forms

This system may flag your own test submissions as spam if you use the same email address across multiple test submissions. To avoid this:

• Use a different email address for each test submission
• Review your spam leads after testing to clear any flagged test entries — see [How to manage spam leads in Presence®]

What happens to leads marked as spam?

Leads flagged as spam are marked in your contacts list but not deleted. You can review and manage them. See [How to manage spam leads in Presence®].

Can legitimate leads be incorrectly flagged?

Yes — if a real client submits forms on multiple Luxury Presence websites within 24 hours, their submission may be flagged. Review your spam leads periodically to catch any false positives.
