How to display rental rates on a property listing in Presence®

How to add rental pricing to a property so it appears in the Features & Amenities section on your website.

How to add rental rates

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
  3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
  4. Scroll to the Price section and click + New Rental Price.
  5. Enter the rental price. Add separate entries for different timeframes if rates vary — for example, weekend rates vs. weekday rates.
  6. Click Save.

Rental rates will automatically appear in the Features & Amenities section of the property listing on your website.

Can I add multiple rental rates for different timeframes?

Yes. Click + New Rental Price for each timeframe and enter the rate separately — for example, one for nightly, one for weekly, and one for monthly rates.

Can I add tags to rental rates to label them?

Where do rental rates appear on my website?
