Partially — Smart Actions that rely on life event or property ownership signals won't fire for international contacts, since those signals aren't available outside the United States. Smart Actions triggered by other activity, such as manual updates or website engagement, still work normally for every contact regardless of location.

Signals that don't work for international contacts

Smart Actions rely on a mix of signals to know when to prompt you to reach out to a contact. Two of these signals currently aren't available for international contacts:

• Life events — such as job changes, moves, or major milestones
• Property ownership signals — buying, selling, or ownership activity

Important: Smart Actions that are triggered by these signals won't fire for international contacts, since the underlying data isn't available. Smart Actions triggered by other activity, such as manual updates or website engagement, are not affected.
