Does AI CRM contact enrichment work for international contacts?

Contact enrichment in the AI CRM is currently available for U.S.-based contacts only — here's what that means for your account.

Overview

Contact enrichment in the AI CRM is only available for contacts based in the United States. If you work with international clients, those contacts will not receive enriched data, and certain AI-powered features that rely on enrichment signals will not activate for them.

What international contacts won't receive

International contacts are not eligible for the following enrichment data:

• Life events — such as job changes, moves, or major milestones
• Property ownership signals — buying, selling, or ownership activity
• Social profile data — linked social accounts or profile information

Important: Smart Tasks that are triggered by enrichment signals — such as a contact changing jobs or showing property activity — will not fire for international contacts, since those signals won't be available.

What still works for international contacts

Even without enrichment, international contacts still benefit from:

• Lead scoring based on website activity and email engagement
• Website tools — full access to the Presence® Platform website features
• AI CRM basics — contact management, notes, tasks, and manual activity tracking
• AI content tools — content generation features available on your plan
• Luxury Presence Mobile App — available on all plans

Will Smart Tasks ever work for my international contacts?

Smart Tasks that depend on enrichment signals — like job changes or property ownership activity — won't fire for international contacts because that underlying data isn't available. Smart Tasks triggered by other actions, such as manual updates or website activity, are not affected by this limitation.

Is this a permanent limitation?

Do ads work for international clients?
