If you want to send a confirmation or follow-up after a download, you'll need to connect an external email marketing tool. Options include:

• Mailchimp or Constant Contact — set up automated email sequences triggered by the form submission
• Your connected CRM — create a workflow that captures the lead and sends a follow-up automatically

No. The file downloads immediately to their browser — there is no confirmation email or on-screen message sent automatically.

Where does the lead information go after the download?

Can I attach a different file to the download element?

Yes. The file attached to the Ebook Download element is configured in the element settings in the Website Builder. Update the file there to change what visitors download.
