How to display agent position titles and tags on profile pages in Presence®

How to show an agent's title and tags on their profile detail page in the Website Builder.

Overview

You can display an agent's Position Title (e.g., Founding Partner, Luxury Specialist) and Tags (e.g., Speaks Spanish, LEED Certified, Relocation Specialist) on their profile detail page — giving visitors quick, visible context about each agent's expertise.

How to enable position titles and tags

Step 1: Add the title and tags to the agent's CMS profile

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
3. Click the agent you want to update.
4. Confirm the agent has a Position Title and Tags entered on their profile.
5. Click Save if you make any changes.

Step 2: Enable display in the Website Builder

1. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
2. Use the page dropdown to navigate to the Agent Details page.
3. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
4. Click on the agent element on the page to open its settings.
5. In the left-hand settings panel, toggle on:
   • Show Agent Position Title
   • Show Agent Tags
6. Click Save.

FAQs

Do I need to add the title and tags in the CMS before enabling the toggles?

Yes. The title and tags must be entered on the agent's profile in Content → Agents before they'll display on the page. If the fields are empty, nothing will appear even with the toggles enabled.

Where do titles and tags appear on the page?

Both display prominently on the agent's profile detail page, visible to visitors without any additional clicks.

Can I show titles and tags for some agents but not others?

The toggles are configured at the page element level, not per agent. If the toggles are on, they apply to all agents using that element. Individual agents without a title or tag entered will simply show nothing for those fields.
