You can filter contacts by agent assignment and assign multiple contacts at once directly from the Contacts table — without opening each record individually.

How to filter contacts by assigned agent

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
3. In the Contacts table, use the Assigned To dropdown filter to select an agent or view unassigned contacts.

The table updates instantly with matching results.

How to bulk-assign contacts

1. Use the checkboxes to select the contacts you want to assign.
2. Click Assign in the bulk action bar.
3. Choose the agent and confirm.

Important: Bulk actions are only available to Admin and Member users. Guest users cannot perform bulk assignments.

Can I filter by multiple agents at once?

Yes. The Assigned To filter supports selecting multiple agents simultaneously. The table will show contacts assigned to any of the selected agents.

Can I use the Assigned To filter together with other filters?
