Overview

Luxury Presence has added a Tenant Agency Compensation field to the Financials section, allowing you to publicly advertise what you'll pay an outside agent who places a qualified tenant or lessee. This is the leasing-side equivalent of buyer agency compensation — and is designed for luxury developers, high-end landlords, and commercial or mixed-use property owners who want to recruit the agent community by making deal economics visible upfront.

Note: Tenant compensation entered manually in the Presence® Platform will not appear on Home Search Tool property detail pages — it displays on CMS-managed property detail pages and property websites only.

How to add tenant agency compensation

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
4. In the left-hand outline, click Financials — or scroll to the Financials section.
5. Locate the Tenant Agency Compensation field.
6. Enter the compensation value and select the unit type — percentage, USD, CAD, or EUR.
7. For non-standard arrangements — such as one month's rent or a per-square-foot calculation — use the free-text field to describe the terms instead.
8. Click Save.

Where does it display?

Tenant agency compensation appears in the Features & Amenities → Financials section in two places:

• Property websites — standalone sites dedicated to a single property, commonly used for marketing a listing
• Property detail pages — the individual property pages on your main Luxury Presence website

The exact placement may vary depending on your website's design.
