How to add buyer compensation details to a property listing in Presence®

How to enter and display buyer agency compensation information on property detail pages.

Overview

Following the NAR settlement, Luxury Presence has added a Buyer Agency Compensation field to the CMS, allowing you to display compensation details on property detail pages.

Note: Buyer compensation entered manually in the Presence® Platform will not appear on Home Search Tool property detail pages — it displays on CMS-managed property detail pages only.

How to add buyer compensation details

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
4. In the left-hand outline, click Financials — or scroll to the Financials section.
5. Locate the Buyer Agency Compensation field.
6. Enter the compensation value and select the unit type — percentage, USD, CAD, or EUR.
7. Click Save.

Where does it display?

Buyer agency compensation appears in the Features & Amenities → Financials section on property detail pages. The exact placement may vary depending on your website's design.

FAQs

Why doesn't the compensation show on the Home Search Tool property pages?

The Home Search Tool handles property data differently from CMS-managed pages. Manually entered buyer compensation data is not currently supported on Home Search Tool property detail pages.

Can I enter compensation in currencies other than USD?

Yes. The field supports percentage, USD, CAD, and EUR.

Is this field required?

No. The Buyer Agency Compensation field is optional — leave it blank if you don't want to display compensation information on a listing.
