Overview

The Instant Home Valuation element helps you capture seller leads by offering automated home value estimates directly on your website. Powered by ATTOM data, it delivers an immediate valuation to homeowners while collecting their contact information.

Supported property types

Supported:

• Single-family residential homes
• Townhomes
• Condominiums
• Co-ops
• Multi-family properties

Not supported:

• Manufactured homes
• Vacant land or new construction
• Commercial or non-residential properties
• International addresses

What the seller experience looks like

From the visitor's perspective:

1. The seller visits the home valuation page on your website.
2. They enter their property address.
3. To unlock the full report, they provide their name, email, and phone number.
4. The seller immediately views their home valuation on-screen.
5. A copy of the valuation is sent to their email.
6. The seller can schedule a consultation via a pre-filled email or contact you directly by phone or text.

How to add the Instant Home Valuation element to a page

Note: If your page currently has the original Home Valuation element, remove it before adding the Instant Home Valuation element. Click the three-dots icon on the existing element and select Delete.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the page where the valuation tool should appear — typically your Home Valuation page.
4. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
5. Hover between elements and click the + icon to open the element library.
6. Search for "instant" and select the Instant Home Valuation element to add it to the page.
7. In the Content tab, customize the text, buttons, benefits, and styling as needed.
8. Configure agent assignment:
   • Use the Agent Select dropdown to assign a specific agent — their details will automatically appear on the final screen of the valuation experience
   • Or manually enter custom agent information
9. Click Save.

FAQs

Does the Instant Home Valuation element work for international addresses?

No. The element supports U.S. addresses only. For international addresses or unsupported property types, use the original Home Valuation element instead.

What property types are supported?

The element is most accurate for single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, co-ops, and multi-family properties. Manufactured homes, vacant land, new construction, and commercial properties are not supported.

What data powers the valuation estimates?

Valuations are powered by ATTOM data, a third-party property data provider, using publicly available property information.

Do I need to remove the old Home Valuation element before adding the Instant version?

Yes. If your page has the original Home Valuation element, delete it before adding the Instant Home Valuation element to avoid having both on the same page.

Can I assign a specific agent to the valuation experience?

Yes. Use the Agent Select dropdown in the Content tab to assign an agent — their details will appear on the final screen of the valuation experience. You can also manually enter custom agent information if preferred.
