How to log in to the Presence® Platform

How to access your Presence® account, reset your password, and troubleshoot login issues.

Overview

You access the Presence® Platform at app.luxurypresence.com. Your login credentials are the email address and password set up when your account was created.

How to log in

1. Navigate to app.luxurypresence.com.
2. Enter your email address in the Username field.
3. Enter your password in the Password field.
4. Click Log In.

Note: Your username is your email address — not a separate username.

How to reset your password

1. On the login page, click Reset Your Password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click Submit.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link.
5. Click the link and create a new password.
6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder, confirm you entered the correct email address, and wait 5–10 minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, request the reset link again or contact our support team.

Troubleshooting login issues

"Invalid username or password" error

• Confirm you're entering your email address, not a separate username
• Passwords are case-sensitive — verify caps lock isn't on
• Use the Reset Your Password link to reset your password if needed

Email address not recognized

• Confirm you're using the email address your account was set up with
• If you have multiple email addresses, try each one
• If none work, contact our support team — your account may not be fully set up yet

Account locked or access denied

Contact our support team — your account may need to be unlocked or reactivated.

Browser or technical issues

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try an incognito or private browsing window
• Try a different browser — Chrome is recommended
• Disable browser extensions like ad blockers temporarily
• Confirm JavaScript is enabled in your browser
