Overview

In most cases, Luxury Presence manages your domain through our secure Cloudflare account. This includes DNS records, SSL certificates, and reliable site performance. Because we manage your DNS, you won't have direct access to modify records yourself — but our support team can make changes on your behalf.

How to request DNS changes

If you're connecting a new service — such as an email provider or CRM — to your domain, they'll likely ask you to add DNS records to verify domain ownership. Since Luxury Presence manages your DNS, send us the records and we'll add them for you.

Note: For security reasons, we cannot provide direct access to our Cloudflare account. This protects all client domains hosted through our system.

What you're responsible for

While Luxury Presence handles hosting and DNS management, you remain the owner of your domain through the registrar where you purchased it (GoDaddy, Squarespace, Namecheap, etc.).

Domain renewals and payments You are responsible for keeping your domain registration active and paid. If your domain expires, your website will go offline — and this is outside Luxury Presence's control.

Connecting third-party services To connect email providers, marketing platforms, CRMs, or other services to your domain:

1. Collect the DNS records required by the service provider.
2. Send them to our support team — we'll add them for you.

FAQs

Can I make DNS changes myself?

No. Because Luxury Presence manages DNS through our Cloudflare account, we cannot provide direct access to clients. Send us the records you need added and our team will implement them.

What happens if my domain expires?

Your website will go offline. Domain renewals are your responsibility — Luxury Presence does not manage domain registration or renewal payments. Log in to your domain registrar to check and renew your registration.

How do I know if Luxury Presence is hosting my domain?

Check your name servers at whois.com/whois. If they match a Luxury Presence Cloudflare pair (such as amy.ns.cloudflare.com and byron.ns.cloudflare.com), your domain is hosted by us. See [How to set up a business email using your domain name] for the full list of LP name server pairs.
