How to schedule a blog post

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Blog Posts.
3. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
4. Fill in the required fields — Title, Author, and Post Body.
5. Double-click the Post Body editor to write or paste your content.
6. In the Publishing Date field, select a future date and time.
7. Click Schedule.

The post will not appear on your site until the scheduled date and time.

Note: The platform uses your local time zone for scheduling.

FAQs

Can I reschedule a post after scheduling it?

Yes. Open the post, update the Publishing Date field, and click Schedule again to apply the new date.

Can I schedule edits to a post that's already published?

No. Scheduling applies to new posts only. To update a published post, edit it and click Publish to push changes live immediately. See [How to make changes to a published blog post in Presence®].

What time zone does the scheduler use?

The platform uses your local time zone when scheduling posts.
