Listing Feeds let Luxury Presence agents collaborate by sharing listings across each other's websites — expanding visibility, growing inventory, and creating referral opportunities.

Note: This article applies to standard Listing Feeds only — not Brokerage Listing Networks.

Public vs. private Listing Feeds

Public feeds are visible in the Explore section of the Listing Feeds page. Private feeds are not listed publicly and are designed for curated groups — for example, coastal agents or trusted referral circles.

How to join a public Listing Feed

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listing Feeds in the left-hand menu.
3. Go to the Explore section.
4. Click a feed to view its listings and details.
5. Click Join Feed and complete the application form.

Applications are reviewed within 48 hours by the feed's lead member.

Creating a Listing Feed

When creating a new feed, you choose whether it's public or private based on your goals:

• Public — ideal for broad exposure and wide agent networks
• Private — better for niche audiences, trusted circles, or off-market collaborations

You can switch a feed from private to public later if needed.

Yes. Any Luxury Presence client can join a Listing Feed — either by applying to a public feed or accepting an invitation to a private one.

How are listings shared across member websites?

When you join a Listing Feed, other members' listings can appear on your website and your listings can appear on theirs — expanding the reach of every listing in the feed.

What's the difference between a Listing Feed and a Brokerage Listing Network?
