Overview

Agent subdomain sites are designed as personalized single-page sites that operate within your brokerage's overall design system. They offer meaningful customization of branding and content, with some structural limitations to be aware of.

What you can customize

Agent profile Update your headshot, logo, bio, and contact details in Content → Agents. See [How to edit an agent profile in Presence®].

Visual branding Use Website Styles to update brand colors, fonts, and other visual elements. See [How to update fonts and add custom fonts to your website in Presence®] and [How to update your website logos in Presence®].

Content sections Add and customize built-in content blocks using the Website Builder. Recommended sections for a single-page layout include:

  • Bio / intro
  • Testimonials
  • Featured listings
  • Home Search Tool
  • Contact form
  • Statistics or call-to-action sections

Limitations

Multi-page structures are not fully supported Agent subdomains are designed around a single-page layout. Additional pages can be created but may display incorrectly or have navigation issues. If you need a full multi-page website with blog functionality, you'll need a full Luxury Presence brand website — not an agent subdomain.

Blog and Neighborhood pages are not supported These page types cannot be added to agent subdomains. If you want to link to blog or neighborhood content, redirect to the equivalent pages on your main brand website. See [How to create page redirects in Presence®].

Third-party widgets and custom scripts cannot be embedded External widgets and custom scripts are not supported on agent subdomain sites.

Custom domains cannot be pointed directly to a subdomain A custom domain can redirect visitors to your subdomain, but the subdomain URL will appear in the browser address bar. See [Will my Presence® website have a URL with my own domain name?].

FAQs

Can I add a blog to my agent subdomain?

No. Blog functionality is only available on full Luxury Presence brand websites. If having a blog is important to you, you'll need to upgrade to a full brand website. See [Can I add a blog to my Presence® website?].

Can I password protect pages on my agent subdomain?

Can I embed a third-party widget or chat tool on my subdomain?
