A full permissions breakdown for Admin, Member, and Guest roles across every section of the Presence® Platform.

Important: This setting is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

This article is a complete reference for what each user role can access in the Presence® Platform. Use it to verify permissions before assigning roles or to troubleshoot access issues.

Note: Only Admins can add, edit, or remove users. Member and Guest users cannot manage other users or access platform settings.

Settings access by role

Admin settings

Admins have full access to all Settings sections, including:

  • My Profile — update lead alert email and lead phone numbers (used for AI Lead Nurture)
  • Service area — define or update the agent's service region
  • Client price point — set or adjust the target price range
  • Plan and usage — view and manage the account's current plan
  • Connected accounts — link third-party accounts
  • Home search settings — configure search behavior
  • API keys — generate and manage API keys
  • Lead routing — create and manage lead routing rules
  • AI Lead Nurture settings — configure AI-driven lead follow-up
  • Integrations — manage third-party integrations
  • Events — manage event settings
  • Content — settings for AI-generated blogs and AI CRM

Member settings

Members have limited access to Settings:

  • My Profile — viewable, but the email address field is not editable
  • Connected Accounts — Members can add and connect email and calendar accounts

Note: Members can connect their email to AI CRM the same way Admins can, via Connected Accounts in Settings.

Note: All other Settings sections are hidden from Member users.

Luxury Presence Mobile App

The Luxury Presence Mobile App follows the same role-based permissions as the Presence® Platform, with one key difference in contact visibility:

FAQs

Can a Member edit blog posts?

Members cannot create or edit blog posts — they have no access to that section. Only Admins can create and edit blog posts.

Can a Member see analytics for other agents?

Members can only access their own subdomain data and performance metrics. Organization-wide analytics are only available to Admins.

Can a Guest access presentations?

Guests have no access to presentations. Only Admins have full access, and Members can view and manage presentations they created themselves.

Can a Member access Settings?

Members can access their profile and Connected Accounts in Settings, but cannot edit their email address. All other Settings sections are hidden from Member users.

Can a Member see all contacts?

Members can only see their own assigned contacts — on both the Presence® Platform and the Luxury Presence Mobile App. Admins can view all contacts across the organization.

A user says they can't access something they should be able to — what should I check?
