How to create a Listing Feed

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listing Feeds in the left-hand menu.
3. Click Create Feed.
4. Optionally, click Upload avatar to add an image for your feed.
5. Under Feed details, fill in:
   • Feed name (required)
   • Tagline (optional)
   • Feed description (required)

Note: You can edit the feed name and description later if you change your mind.

---

How to apply property settings (optional)

Only properties that meet the criteria you set will be allowed in the feed. If no filters are applied, the feed will include all eligible properties.

Available property settings:

• Property Types — defaults to All; narrow to specific property types if needed
• Minimum listing price — set a price threshold
• States — select one or more states to include
• Cities — select one or more cities to include, separately from states

---

How to set feed visibility

• Open (default): Your feed can be discovered by other agents, who can apply to join it. You can approve or deny each application individually.
• Private: Toggle on Private feed to make it visible only to agents you personally invite — it won't be discoverable by others.

---

How to enable syndication

Syndication shares your feed via XML or JSON with third parties outside Luxury Presence.

1. Toggle on Syndication in the feed settings.
2. Click Create Feed to finalize.

---

How to add properties to the feed

1. Click Add Properties.
2. To include all eligible properties automatically, select Sync All Eligible Properties.
3. Click Save and refresh the page.

Your properties will now appear in the feed. See How to share a listing to a Listing Feed for managing individual property assignments.

---

How to share the feed link

1. Click Share Feed to generate the feed link.
2. Wait up to 24 hours for the link to generate — check back the next day to copy and share it with your vendor.

For sharing in Zillow format, see How to share your listing feed in Zillow format.

Property requirements for feed inclusion

For a property to appear in the feed, it must meet both of the following:

Status — one of the following:

• For Sale
• Under Contract
• Active Under Contract
• Pending
• Coming Soon

Agent assignment — the property must have an assigned agent.

If a property is missing from the feed, check its status and agent assignment in Content → Properties.
