Every website includes a default privacy policy that covers data collection, analytics, marketing communications, and opt-out options. Luxury Presence does not modify the default policy text — if you need custom wording, you'll need to provide your own document.

How to use a custom privacy policy

If the default policy doesn't meet your specific compliance needs — for example, if you require custom SMS consent language or additional clauses — you can replace it with your own custom privacy policy:

1. Prepare your custom Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions document.
2. Submit it to our support team.
3. Our support team will replace the default policy pages on your website with your version.

Once submitted, our support team handles the replacement — you don't need to make any changes yourself in the Presence® Platform.

Can Luxury Presence modify the default privacy policy for me?

No. Luxury Presence does not edit the default policy text. If you need changes, you must provide a complete replacement document, and our support team will publish it in place of the default policy.

Does the default privacy policy cover texting or SMS compliance?

The default policy includes general opt-out language, but if you require specific SMS or Application-to-Person (A2P) compliance language, you'll need to provide a custom policy that includes those clauses. Prepare your custom Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions document and send it to our support team. They'll replace the default policy pages on your website with your version.
