Overview

Presence® includes a built-in analytics dashboard that gives you a high-level view of your website's traffic and performance. For deeper, page-level analysis, Google Analytics can be connected separately.

How to access your analytics

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Analytics from the left-hand menu.
3. Open the Attracting Visitors section to view site visits and traffic metrics for your main website.

What's available in the built-in dashboard

• Total site visits
• Traffic sources
• Visitor engagement metrics
• Monthly view — traffic data updated regularly for each month
• Quarterly view — only available after the quarter is complete, typically posted at the end of the closing month. If you need current data, use the Monthly view instead

FAQs

Why do I see future dates in the Quarterly view?

Quarterly analytics are only available after the quarter ends. If a quarter hasn't closed yet, that data won't be available. Switch to the Monthly view for current data.

When are quarterly analytics posted?

At the end of the month that closes the quarter — for example, Q1 data is available at the end of April.

Are there limitations on how far back I can filter analytics?

Yes. Data older than 90 days is only available in monthly views, and some detailed metrics aren't available at the daily level. See [What are the limitations for filtering website analytics by date in Presence®].
