What does the Attracting Visitors tab in my analytics dashboard show?

How to find your Attracting Visitors analytics and what each view shows.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

The Presence® Platform includes a built-in analytics dashboard that draws on multiple data sources — including Google Search Console for search and keyword data — to give you a detailed view of your website's performance. The Attracting Visitors tab covers your site's traffic, sessions, and engagement metrics, and lets you toggle between Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly views at any time for long-term trend analysis. For deeper, page-level analysis, Google Analytics can be connected separately.

Note: The built-in dashboard includes metrics elsewhere — like keyword ranking data in the Building Awareness tab — that aren't part of a standard Google Analytics setup. See How to view website analytics for the full picture across every tab.

How to access the Attracting Visitors tab

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Analytics from the left-hand menu.
3. Open the Attracting Visitors section to view site visits and traffic metrics for your main website.

What's available in the Attracting Visitors tab

Key metrics:

• Total Website Sessions — the total number of visits to your site
• Website Sessions by Channel — breaks down your traffic by source: Organic Search, Direct, Paid Search, Social, Referral, and Email
• Engagement Rate — the percentage of sessions where visitors take an action
• Avg. User Engagement Duration — the average amount of time visitors spend on your site per session

View options:

• Weekly view — traffic data broken down by week
• Monthly view — traffic data for the last 6 months
• Quarterly view — traffic data for the last 4 quarters, showing trend data up to the current point in the quarter — you don't need to wait for a quarter to close to see it

Note: The dashboard refreshes on a weekly basis, typically with 24–48 hours of latency reflecting data from Google's APIs.

How far back can I view trend data?

The Attracting Visitors tab lets you toggle between Weekly, Monthly (last 6 months), and Quarterly (last 4 quarters) views at any time, so you can review long-term trends without waiting for a period to close.

How often does the dashboard update?

The dashboard refreshes on a weekly basis, typically with 24–48 hours of latency reflecting data pulled from Google's APIs.

Are there limitations on how far back I can filter analytics?
