Overview

The Presentations tool in Presence® supports three types of presentations: Seller Presentations, Buyer Presentations, and CMA Presentations. Each type is designed for a specific stage of the client relationship. The Presentations tool is not designed for printable property flyers, show sheets, or one-page handouts.

How to create a new presentation

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Presentations from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click New Presentation.
  4. Select a presentation type: Seller, Buyer, or CMA.
  5. Customize the slides with your content and branding.
  6. Click Save.

Tip: You can share your finished presentation via a shareable link or download it as a PDF.

Branded templates for teams

If you are an Admin, you can create branded presentation templates once and share them with your agents so everyone uses a consistent format.

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Presentations from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Templates, then New Template.
  4. Select a presentation type, customize the template, and save.

Agents on your team will be able to access and use your templates when creating new presentations.
