Luxury Presence supports two primary ways to connect your CRM — Direct Integration and Zapier Integration. The right choice depends on which CRM you use, how much customization you need, and your technical comfort level. This feature is available on all plans — Launch, Brand, Scale, and All In. Admin users can set up and manage CRM integrations.

Direct Integration connects your CRM to Luxury Presence using an API key, email, or unique ID. Once connected, lead data syncs automatically — no manual entry required.

Best for: Simple, reliable lead syncing with minimal setup and maintenance.

Best for: Custom tagging, lead filtering, multi-step workflows, and CRMs not directly supported.
