Email engagement metrics are now visible directly in the Activity Feed for each contact — giving you a quick read on how your emails are performing without leaving the platform.

What you'll see

Within a contact's Activity Feed, email interactions show:

• Engagement rate — percentage of recipients who interacted with the email
• Delivered count — number of emails successfully sent
• Clicked count — number of recipients who clicked a link

How to access it

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
3. Open a contact's profile.
4. View the Activity Feed — email metrics appear directly within the contact's interaction history.

Email metrics appear for contact interactions in the Activity Feed. Contact our support team for details on which email types are tracked:
