If you're a Compass agent using the NWMLS data feed, you may be affected by a potential disruption due to a licensing dispute between Compass and NWMLS. No suspension has occurred yet. Luxury Presence is monitoring the situation closely and will notify you directly if your feed is suspended.

Your website is fully operational. Only NWMLS-sourced property search could be affected — and only if a suspension takes place.

What's happening

Compass and NWMLS are in a licensing disagreement. NWMLS has signaled its intent to suspend Compass's access to MLS data, which could affect the ability to display NWMLS property listings on affected websites. This is a dispute between NWMLS and Compass — it is not related to your website or the Luxury Presence platform.

We are in contact with both Compass and NWMLS and will notify you directly if your feed is suspended. If access is suspended, we'll help you:

Is my website down?

No. Your website is live and fully functional. Only NWMLS-sourced property search would be affected in the event of a suspension.

Can I still add listings to my site if the feed is suspended?
