How to Add Pixels for Website Tracking

How to add tracking pixels to your website

How to set up Facebook, Follow Up Boss, TikTok, HubSpot, Adwerx, and other tracking pixels on your website.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

Tracking pixels are small code snippets embedded in your website that collect data on visitor behavior — which pages they visit, which ads they clicked, and more. Adding pixels lets you track conversions, build retargeting audiences, and measure the performance of your ad campaigns. Some pixels can be added yourself directly in Site Settings, while others require our support team to install the code for you.

How to add a self-serve pixel (Facebook, Follow Up Boss, or Adwerx)

Facebook, Follow Up Boss, and Adwerx pixels can each be added directly through your Site Settings — no support request needed.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. In the white top navigation bar, click the three-dots icon next to the Edit button.
4. Select Site Settings from the dropdown.
5. Click Tracking IDs in the left-hand panel.
6. Paste your pixel ID into the matching field:
   • Facebook Pixel → Facebook Tracking ID
   • Follow Up Boss Pixel → Follow Up Boss Tracking ID
   • Adwerx Pixel → Account ID (plus Adwerx Partner ID, if you're on a team or brokerage account)
7. Click Save.

Note: Each pixel has its own dedicated field, so adding one doesn't affect or overwrite the others.

Tip: For full setup instructions specific to each pixel — including how to find your ID — see How to install a Facebook pixel on my website, How to install the Follow Up Boss tracking pixel on your website, or How to add your Adwerx retargeting pixel.

How to add a support-installed pixel (TikTok, HubSpot, or others)

For pixels that aren't self-serve, your provider will supply an HTML code snippet. Send that code to our support team and we'll implement it on your website:

• Live chat via the Presence® Platform (fastest)
• Email: support@luxurypresence.com (general) / billing@luxurypresence.com (billing)
• Phone: 310-955-1077, option 2 (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM PT)

A note on Google Tag Manager

Pixels can technically be implemented through Google Tag Manager (GTM), but this is an advanced setup. Luxury Presence does not offer support for GTM-based pixel implementation. If you choose to use GTM, you'll need to configure the GTM container correctly yourself and provide us with your GTM container ID.

FAQs

How do I get the code snippet for my pixel?

For pixels that require support installation — like TikTok and HubSpot — log in to the platform providing the pixel and look for their pixel or tracking code setup. They will provide an HTML snippet to copy. Send that snippet to our support team using one of the channels below. Facebook, Follow Up Boss, and Adwerx don't require this step since you can add those yourself in Site Settings.

• Live chat via the Presence® Platform (fastest)
• Email: support@luxurypresence.com (general) / billing@luxurypresence.com (billing)
• Phone: 310-955-1077, option 2 (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM PT)

Can I add a pixel that isn't on the supported list?

Possibly. Reach out to our team with the pixel you want to implement and we'll let you know if it can be supported:

• Live chat via the Presence® Platform (fastest)
• Email: support@luxurypresence.com (general) / billing@luxurypresence.com (billing)
• Phone: 310-955-1077, option 2 (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM PT)

Does Luxury Presence support Google Tag Manager?

Not directly, GTM implementation is an advanced setup that Luxury Presence does not support. If you want to use GTM, you'll need to configure the container yourself.

Can I install any pixel myself, or does Luxury Presence have to do it?

Facebook, Follow Up Boss, and Adwerx pixels can be added yourself directly in Site Settings under Tracking IDs — no support request needed. Other pixels, like TikTok and HubSpot, require our support team to install the code to ensure it's correctly placed across all pages, including the Home Search Tool.
