Overview

Social Media in Presence® automatically creates and posts branded social media content to your Facebook and Instagram accounts using your actual listings, market data, and brand voice. Each week, you receive a complete campaign — fully drafted and ready to review. You approve what goes live, request changes, or edit posts directly before anything is published.

Nothing is published without your explicit approval. If you don't review a campaign, nothing goes live.

Plan availability

Social Media is included for customers on Scale and All-in plans, or available for purchase as an add-on. An active Luxury Presence website and at least one connected social media account are required to use this feature.

How to get started

Getting started takes just a few minutes.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Marketing to expand the submenu, then select Social Media.
3. Select Connect Meta.
4. Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account by following the in-app setup flow.

Once your accounts are connected, you can begin and approve your social media content.

What you need to connect:

• A Facebook Page (required)
• An Instagram Business or Creator account connected to your Facebook Page (optional)

Note: Currently, a maximum of one Facebook Page and one Instagram account can be connected per Luxury Presence account.

How to review and approve your weekly campaign

Each week you'll receive a campaign containing 2–3 drafted posts ready for your review.

For each post, you have three options:

Approve as-is

The post looks good and matches your brand. Click Approve and the post will be scheduled for publishing to your connected accounts. The system chooses the time of day to optimize engagement on your behalf.

Edit and approve

The post is mostly right but needs minor adjustments. Edit the caption or graphics text. Click Approve when you're satisfied and the edited version will be published.

Request a new post

The post isn't quite right. Use the “Ask for any kind of change” dialogue to tailor the post to your liking and get a replacement generated — typically within about a minute. Review the new version and approve, edit, or request another.

What kinds of posts does Social Media in Presence® create?

At launch, the Social Media in Presence creates two types of content for Facebook and Instagram feeds:

Listing lifecycle posts — Covers your MLS listings from new to closed, including just listed, active, and just sold content.

Real estate tips — Practical guidance for buyers and sellers, grounded in your local market.

Posts are image carousels of 1–8 images with a text caption and hashtags.

Planned for later in 2026:

• Brand storytelling posts (what it's like to work with you)
• Short-form video including Instagram Reels
• Additional social networks beyond Facebook and Instagram

How Social Media in Presence® matches your voice

Social Media in Presence starts with the most accurate sources of your brand: your MLS listings, your Luxury Presence website, and your existing social media content. From your first campaign, posts reflect your listings, market, and style.

During setup, you'll have a chance to review your brand profile — including writing style, visual identity, and preferred photos.

Every edit you make and every piece of feedback you provide trains the system to better match your voice. Over time, campaigns require less editing and more approvals.

Behind the scenes, Luxury Presence team members review all AI-generated posts before they reach you, ensuring content meets quality and brand standards before you ever see it.

Tips for getting the best results

• Review your campaign promptly — Reviewing within a day or two of generation keeps your posting schedule consistent. Spending 5 minutes weekly is all it takes
• Always give feedback — Edit posts that are close but not quite right, and request new versions when needed. Every interaction improves future campaigns
• Connect both Facebook and Instagram — Posts publish to all connected accounts, so connecting both platforms maximizes your reach

FAQs

What social platforms does the Social Media in Presence support?

At launch, Social Media in Presence supports Facebook and Instagram. Additional social networks are planned for later in 2026.

Do posts publish automatically?

No.  Social Media in Presence will never publish a post without your explicit approval. If you don't review a campaign, nothing goes live. You can also pause campaigns temporarily if needed.

Can I control when my posts are published?

Post scheduling, including date and time of day, is chosen by the system to optimize engagement on your behalf.

What if I'm on vacation and can't review my campaign?

If you don't approve posts, they don't go live. You can approve multiple posts at once when you return.

What if I don't have many listings?

For agents with limited listing data, Social Media in Presence starts with Real Estate Tips grounded in your website and brand profile. As you add listings and provide feedback, campaigns become more tailored to your activity.

Can I submit my own content or create posts manually?

Social Media in Presence is designed to handle content creation on your behalf — it is not a tool for creating and posting your own content. You can still post personal content, stories, and other posts manually on Facebook and Instagram at any time.

What if I don't like any of the generated posts?

Keep requesting new versions until you find one that works. Replacements are generated in about a minute. You're never required to approve something that doesn't feel right.

Does the Social Media in Presence work for teams?

Yes. When social accounts are connected, all agents and teams under the account are represented in the content. Currently, the feature does not support posting exclusively about specific agents or teams on a given connected account.
