Listing Alert emails keep your leads informed about properties that match their criteria — either through individual property updates when they favorite a listing, or through periodic updates from saved searches.

How leads receive alerts

Favoriting a property

When a lead favorites a property in the Home Search Tool, they automatically receive instant alerts for any changes to that listing. Alerts are sent every hour on the hour and cover:

• New Listing
• Price Reduction
• Price Increase
• Back on Market
• Pending / Backup Offer
• Sold
• Withdrawn

Saving a search

When a lead saves a search, they can choose how often they receive updates for new and changed listings matching their criteria:
